Sorry guys.
It turns out the email I received was only for certain customers (although it would have been nice if it had said that). I went around and around with Shutterfly to see if there was any way they would extend this offer to you guys. And I basically got a big, fat no. I tried.
So my suggestion has now turned to….use Snapfish.
Seriously though, if you aren’t in a hurry to get your photo books you may want to wait and see if they send you the offer some time in the next few months.

I made a photo book with Snapfish back at Christmas (it was a disappointment). They did offer to replace it.
The pages were marked up with ink smears and the pictures were cut off on several pages.
It was a gift for my daughter. We haven’t gotten to redoing it…but now I will.
I’d love to do a recipe book. Great idea.
Thanks.

everyone…
i went to shutterfly to ask why the promo code didn’t work for rachel. when i signed into my account a pop-up appeared w/ the same promo (free photo book…plus a 2nd copy for 20% off). the pop-up also said that the promo expired on march 10th so you should be good to go.

The response I got from my e-mail to shutterfly, was that the promo code “PHOTOBOOKS” is for 20% off of books. I’ll keep trying for the “pop-up” maybe trying a different account name. Thanks again!
