You’ve got to be kidding me

Remember that really bad week we had at the end of September?  The one where it seemed like everything in our house had to be repaired.  I didn’t think anything else could possibly break after all that.  I was wrong.  Our dryer has now crapped out on us.  It will run but it doesn’t have any heat.  It literally takes all day for one load of laundry to dry.

If you need me, I’ll be at my parents’ house trying to get through my mountain of laundry…

Oh, man! We have replaced 2 major appliances in 5 weeks without wanting to, so I feel your pain. You don’t really appreciate those lovely things until they’re gone!

  2. That is such a bummer. Dan said Eric might be able to just put a new heating element in so you don’t have to get a whole new one. He did that to the old dryer in our old house. He said that depending on the type of dryer, it might be really easy too. Have Eric call him if you all want to check out that option. I hope it’s not too expensive.

  3. Oh, I think the heating element for our old one was only $75.
