Fall lessons

Eric coaches for a swim team 2 nights a week.  One of the perks he gets for coaching is free swimming lessons for our kids.  We started Kenny up last week and then both boys swam yesterday, Kenny, with an instructor, and Luke, with Eric.  I’m hoping that Kenny will be ready for the pre-competitive swim team this summer.

  1. I’m so jealous of your family’s dedication to swimming. I know *how* to swim, but I’ve always wanted to be a better “lap swimmer.” I wonder if they give adult lessons anywhere…

  2. i’m sure they do. i work in aquatics here in kc and we have beginning and advanced adult classes. the advanced is for people who want to better their strokes or are preparing for a triathlon.

  3. Eric

There water was a bit chilly. Luke was turning blue about half way through and wanted to get out, but he had fun up until that point.
